3 . 1 Configuration instructions:
Power interface: input +5V DC power supply
Serial port interface: provide relevant communication protocols and host computer
Status indicator light: Indicates the status of the laser when it is working (refer to Attached Table 1)
Power: power indicator light, the light is on, indicating that the power supply is normal
LASER1: Laser control status indication, on for on, off for off
TEMP1: laser temperature lock indicator, when the difference between the collected thermistor and the set temperature is within ± 10Ω, the indicator light is on
3 .2 Steps:
1. Connect the power supply, check whether the power supply is normal, the Power light is on,
2. Turn off the power and install the laser. Before installation, please carefully confirm the order and direction of the laser pins (refer to attached table 2) (note that the definition of the laser pins must be consistent with the attached table) connect to the serial port, open the host computer software, and set according to the requirements. For specific operations, please refer to "ONLD Host Computer Instructions"
Note: Please make the laser close to the heat sink and fix it with screws to ensure normal heat dissipation of the laser
Note: When the set current exceeds 500mA, please use cooling measures such as air cooling for the module
