Usage Precautions

1. The laser emitted by the laser diode may cause damage to human eyes. When the diode is in operation, do not look directly at its end face under any circumstances.

2. The device requires a suitable driving power supply. The instantaneous reverse current must not exceed 20μA, and the reverse voltage must not exceed 2V; otherwise, the device will be damaged. When connecting the laser diode to the power supply, the power output voltage should be zero; the current should be adjusted to increase or decrease slowly to avoid damage caused by inrush current.

3. The device should be stored in a dry environment.

4. Operating at relatively high temperatures will increase the threshold current, reduce the conversion efficiency, and accelerate the aging of the device.

5. Operating at an output power higher than the specified parameter will accelerate the aging of the device.

6. The device requires sufficient heat dissipation or must operate under cooling conditions, and must be used in strict accordance with the product specification sheet to ensure its service life.

7. This product is an electrostatic-sensitive device and can only be handled when the human body is properly grounded. Anti-static measures such as using an anti-static wristband are recommended.

8. The output wavelength of the laser is affected by the operating current and heat dissipation. It is necessary to maintain good heat dissipation conditions to reduce the temperature of the die during operation.
