The M-WPDM-50G-MM is a high-performance photodetector optimized for the 850 nm wavelength band, with a broad operating wavelength range of 750–1650 nm for high-speed RF-to-optical signal conversion.It features an integrated internal bias circuit and 50 Ω impedance matching, delivering a 3 dB bandwidth of ≥45 GHz and a responsivity of ≥0.3 A/W at 850 nm.The M-WPDM-50G-MM is ideal for 850 nm optical communications, high-speed RF/optical signal conversion, and advanced test and measurement systems.
