    Our UTC-PD photomixer module is designed for the photonic generation of high-frequency signals for a wide range of applications, including radio-over-fiber systems, antenna technologies, and next-generation 6G wireless communications. It combines low insertion loss, high saturation power, good responsivity, and broad operating bandwidth to support high-frequency signal generation.

    The module integrates a uni-travelling-carrier (UTC) photodiode chip with a high-performance RF substrate and waveguide in a compact package. It provides high linearity and supports operation without active cooling, even at relatively high bias voltages.
