1550nm Lithium Niobate Intensity Modulator—67GHz

The 1550nm lithium lithium Lithium Niobate (LiNbO₃) high-frequency intensity modulator is fabricated using proton exchange technology to create Mach-Zehnder optical waveguides. The input/output optical fibers are precisely obliquely coupled with the waveguides, and it utilizes the electro-optic effect of lithium niobate material to achieve intensity modulation of optical signals.
