The detection light is 2-12um mid-far infrared incoherent light source (broadband).In response to the needs of high temperature and corrosion resistance, special metal materials with anti-corrosion treatment have been developed for both the main body and optical components. The working temperature of the chamber can withstand up to 200 ℃, and it can work stably and reliably for a long time under humid and corrosive gas conditions. Accurate measurement and analysis of major gas components, including SO2, NOx, VOCs, NH3, O2, CO, CO2, HF, HCl, H2O, etc., are carried out, including monitoring of major atmospheric pollutants, The monitoring of coal-fired flue gas emissions, waste incineration emissions, pollutants in chemical industrial parks, and industrial online control have broad application prospects.
