The 2 µm InGaAs balanced photodetector covers the 800–2200 nm wavelength range.The balanced detection module integrates two matched low-noise analog PIN photodiodes, a low-noise wideband transimpedance amplifier, and an ultra-low-noise power supply.It features high gain, high sensitivity, wide bandwidth, low noise, and a high common-mode rejection ratio, effectively reducing common-mode noise in the signal and improving the system’s signal-to-noise ratio.
