LD-PD's ultra-low noise 509 nm, 500 mW narrow-linewidth single-frequency laser module offers a compact design, selectable output wavelengths from 507 nm to 512 nm, and a linewidth of less than 2 kHz. The product series adopts a modular and compact optical design, enabling miniaturization and high output stability. It operates on a 12 V power supply and communicates via an RS232 serial interface, while its operating status can be set or monitored using the host software. In addition, the module integrates a built-in PZT and amplifier circuit and provides a PZT RF signal input to facilitate PZT scanning.
